Your satisfaction and our reputation are very important, and we are confident you will be pleased with the high quality products we use and the professional designs of our Candy Bouquets. But, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your Candy Bouquet, please contact customer service at 1-805-466-1206 for a prompt, courteous replacement.
- Ordering
- Each bouquet is handmade and some supplies may be limited. We reserve the right to make necessary substitutions of equal or greater value. Containers and candies may vary from those shown. All Prices are in US dollars and subject to change. Warm weather can prohibit the shipping of some chocolate candies and and you will be notified before other candy will be substituted in candy arrangements. Candy Bouquet #3611 is not sponsored by nor affiliated with any candy, food, beverage, or product manufacturer. We make every effort to recreate our candy bouquets, candy gifts, candy flower arrangements and gift baskets to appear as they are pictured.
- Return Policy
- Returns are only accepted on non-food gift items and will be for in-store credit only. All returns must have the receipt and/or charge slip. All returns must be within 14 days of purchase. No returns on special orders & no returns on discounted and sale items.

- Candy Bouquet #3611 knows that you are concerned about how Your information is used and shared, and we appreciate your trust that we will do so carefully and sensibly. This notice describes our privacy policy.
- Our privacy policy is simple. Once an order is placed, we collect your email address for the purpose of processing your order and to send occasional promotional emails directly from us. You always have the option to unsubscribe from these emails at any time if you do not wish to receive special promotions and we will remove you from our mailing list. We will not sell, trade, or give your information to third parties. Our customer's privacy is of the utmost importance to us, and we treat your information with the highest regard to insure your privacy.
- Further, we will not sell your phone number to any other party. We ask for your home phone, business phone or cell phone for the sole purpose of contacting you with any questions that may arise while processing your order. We ask for the phone number of the recipient only for delivery purposes.
- Shipping & Delivery
- Candy Bouquet #3611 orders are shipped via United Parcel Service throughout the United States and hand-delivered by our courier throughout all of San Luis Obispo County.
- Most orders placed by 2:00pm PST can ship that day. Any order placed after 3:00pm PST will be processed the next business day. We can also hold your order being shipped/delivered to arrive on or near the time you designate for the special occasion that will be celebrated.
- LOCAL DELIVERY: Local delivery fee is $10.00 and is available throughout all of San Luis Obispo County. Most orders placed by 2:00pm PST can be delivered the same day, Monday through Saturday. Orders outside of San Luis Obispo County will be shipped UPS Ground. To specify a date for delivery, just mention it in the gift message box as such: DELIVERY DATE: Tuesday April 1st.
- STANDARD SHIPPING: The shipping charges are per recipient name and address. Please allow 1-5 business days for delivery.
- Below lists the number of business days it generally takes for your package to arrive.
- 1 to 2 Days: CA, OR, WA, NV
- 2 to 3 Days: AZ, ID, UT
- 3 to 4 Days: CO, MT, NM, WY
- 4 to 5 Days: All other states, excluding Hawaii and Alaska
- Alaska and Hawaii: please allow 3-6 days for delivery.
- Please check your delivery address carefully. There is a $15.00 charge for an incomplete or incorrect address.
- Some items will have a surcharge due to their unusually large size or weight.
- We are unable to ship to PO’s, APO’s, or FPO’s.
